Palo Verde’s own Jonathan Crowe has been put forward by Scorebook Live for the distinction of National Athlete of the week. According to the post, Crowe “Finished with 132 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown, six tackles, three sacks, and a forced fumble in a 27-21 playoff win over La Jolla Country Day.” Crowe has posted excellent stats all season. The terms of the contest state that voting will take place until Sunday, Nov. 20 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time). Winners will be announced the following Monday. Participants can vote as often as they like for the candidate of their choosing, as long as no bots or other mechanical means of voting are utilized.
